New lamps designed for the poultry sector with excellent light rendering and uniformity.

The design of the profile ensures maximum dissipation of the heat generated by the LEDs, a fundamental aspect to have a constant luminous flux with a drop of 10% after 55,400 hours and an expected drop in flux of 20% after 90,000 hours. They have a higher luminous efficacy than their competitors, guaranteeing up to 180 lm/W when dimmed, with an energy classification of A++.

The production of lenses made of silicone with a transparency of 94% is a brand new process whereby it is possible to produce innovative lamps having a life and mechanical-chemical resistance unknown in lens materials used previously.

Silicone fits perfectly into the most awkward environments, remaining immune to many chemical substances, guaranteeing chemical and physical stability and constant transparency in time without becoming opaque or yellowing. 

The lenses were specially designed to guarantee an International Protection rating of lP68. The aluminium fastening ring adds further mechanical strength, which exceeds the lK10 standard.

These characteristics allow the lamps to be washed and cleaned using high-pressure power washers.

ENERGY SAVING AND EFFICIENCY

The luminous efficacy of LEDs ensures a major energy saving with respect to traditional neon lamps. The LEDs used in our lamps can reach an energy efficacy of up to 170 lm/W when dimmed and over 150 lm/W when used at their full power.
